Nails

Working with both finger nails and toe nails, Keep On Your Feet has experience diagnosing and managing a variety of issues.

Whether your nail is ingrown, has a fungal infection or a line going through it, we can help.

Joints

Without joints, we wouldn't be able to move anywhere. Whether you are worried about 'wear and tear' or have an injury that is stopping you doing what you want, each of your feet has 33 joints in them and we want them working as well as they can.

Skin

Skin is our largest organ, and the skin on our feet is often well neglected.

Whilst you may just think that your skin is dry or cracked, here at Keep On Your Feet we consider you as a person, and whether your skin might be telling us more about you than you realise.

Tendons

The bits that stretch between the muscles and bones and make you go the places you want. When you start getting tendon pain, it is important to nip it in the bud as quickly as possible, and since Keep On Your Feet specialises in injuries, we are the perfect people to talk to!

Bones

Did you know that the bones in the feet are the only bones in your body that function parallel to the direction of force?

With that in mind, it's no surprise that sometimes your foot might start hurting. That's where we come in.

Nerves

Apparently there are more than 200,000 nerve endings in the feet, and we walk on them everyday! So, it's no wonder foot pain can really get on your... well, nerves. The worst thing is that when you have an irritable nerve, every step can be a source of intolerable pain. There's lots that can be done though, so let us help.
